One of the best ways to reduce chronic dry skin is to keep yourself well hydrated. This means drinking plenty of WATER - not soda (loaded with sugar), diet soda (loaded with hormone disrupting chemicals like Aspartame) coffee (full of caffiene, which is dehydrating) alchol (dehydrating - just for starters) or fruit juice( again - high in sugars that spike blood sugar).
Make sure you are getting adequate levels of Omega 3 and Omega 6 Oils. Lube your body cells correctly from the inside out!

Kick the regular cnsumption of alcohol! (Yes, you can DO it!)
